Description
To validate the immune programme of murine splenic CD45+ erythroid cells in a bulk format, we profiled Ter-119+ erythroid cells magnetically enriched from the spleens of adult mice under homeostatic conditions and after two models of stress erythropoiesis (acute blood loss and acute hypoxia) using the NanoString nCounter Mouse Immunology v1 panel (561 immunity-related genes). This Series accompanies the single-cell RNA-seq Series GSE313280 and is linked to it as a SuperSeries.
