This study provides a high-resolution single-cell transcriptional profile of lung cancer in the context of neoadjuvant treatment.
Description
Utilizing the 10x Genomics platform, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on paired patient samples to investigate the cellular composition, phenotypic states, and transcriptional dynamics of the tumor microenvironment in response to the therapeutic intervention.
