The effects of the hepatocyte targeted RSPO mimetic, SZN-043, on liver cells

We assessed the effects on liver cells of repeated dosing the hepatocyte targeted RSPO mimetic, SZN-043, on liver cells by applying scRNA-seq to dissociated liver cells at 24-hours after one dose, 24-hours after 14 consecutive daily doses, and upon a 2-month washout.
