To investigate cell type-specific differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in the colon before and after the establishment of colitis in mice, mice were administered 3% DSS in distilled water or vehicle water for 7 days.

Description

Three mice were included in each group. On day 7, mice were sacrificed, and colon tissues were harvested for single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq).
