Longitudinal spatial transcriptomics of murine T cell transfer colitis

Listed in NCBI GEO

In order to describe in detail the processes involved in chronic colitis, we performed scRNA-seq at multiple time points in a CD45RBhi T cell transfer colitis mouse model.

Description

These data were compared to bulk RNAseq and scRNAseq results from the same mice within the same study. Spatial trancriptomics were analyzed by performing NMF to identify spatial patterns of gene expression.
