Single cell RNA-seq of creatine-treated tumor-bearing mice
Listed in NCBI GEO
Tumor-infiltrating immune cells (TIIs) are highly sensitive to metabolic cues.
Description
However, the therapeutic potential of targeting TII metabolism remains underexplored. In order to study the in vivo transcriptomal changes in the tumor microevironment upon creatine treatment, we performed scRNA-seq on creatine-treated tumor-bearing mice.
Nontreated mice were included as a control.
