<p dir="ltr">The study aimed to determine the expression levels of PSA and associated biomarkers in response to DTX treatment using LNCaP and DU-145 PCa cell lines.
Description
Methodologically, the KEGG network and Reactome repository were used to map molecular checkpoints interlinked to the androgen receptor (AR) pathway under DTX exposure. Furthermore, six key regulatory checkpoints were selected for blind molecular docking with DTX using CB-Dock2 software to evaluate their respective binding affinities.
Thereafter, the Crystal Violet cell viability assays were conducted to determine cytotoxicity, while the enzyme-immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) were utilised to quantify the free PSA (fPSA) and total PSA (tPSA) expression levels relative to the cytotoxic effects of DTX.</p>
