Single-cell RNA sequencing analysis of immune cells in mouse models of KrasG12D Tgfbr2-/- lung adenocarcinoma treated with PBS or OM-85

We used the single-cell sequencing method of 10xGenomicsscRNAseq to investigate the effect of OM-85 on the immune microenvironment of mice with early lung adenocarcinoma.

Description

OM-85 Broncho-Vaxom (BV) is a bacteriolysis product and has been proven to have immunomodulatory effects. This study aims to explore the immunomodulatory effects and possible mechanisms of bacteriolysis products in early lung adenocarcinoma, and thereby provide an effective early treatment strategy.
