Transcription start site and RNA 5' expansion profiling across eukaryotic cell lines and tissues by ReCappable-seq

Listed in NCBI GEO

RNA 5′ expansion is a transcriptional phenomenon in which additional non-templated nucleotides are incorporated at the 5′ ends of transcripts in eukaryotic cells.

Description

To study the variablity of RNA 5' expansion, we profiled RNA 5' ends across various eukaryotic samples by ReCappable-seq.
