Genetically driven immune microenvironment states associate with therapeutic responses in MYD88 mutant lymphomas [scRNA-seq]

We employed single-cell RNA sequencing combined with BCR and TCR sequencing (scRNA/BCR/TCR-seq) to identify transcriptional differences between B and T cells from LPL/WM and IgM MGUS patients and their healthy counterparts or mouse model that developed DLBLC and indolent lymphoma.
